OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

GJS Property was established in 2005 as a specialist commercial and industrial Agency business. Now entering it's 13th year, this business has achieved substantial success for its clients in Metropolitan Sydney. An opportunity has come available for someone to provide top class administrative support to this small, but busy office.

The Role:

This role has three primary focuses:

  1. Front of office support (reception)
    • Answer and respond to phone calls
    • Organise and maintain office equipment
       
  2. Administrative support for Directors and leasing operatives
    • Type meeting minutes, submissions, letters, e-mails and correspondence
    • Formatting reports and information memorandums
    • Maintain diaries
       
  3. Company administrative support
    • Research and maintain company database
    • Basic accounts
    • Filing, scanning and photocopying
    • Mail
       

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in office coordination, particularly the provision of administrative support
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite
  • Experience with InDesign is desirable but not necessary
  • Attention to detail and can work to a deadline
  • Demonstrated organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confident verbal and written communication style
  • Team player
