WESTRAC ENTER LONG TERM LEASE IN CROSSROADS LOGISTICS CENTRE

Westrac has signed a 12 year lease of 7,800m² of warehouse space at 280 Beech Road Casula. The facility will be constructed to the highest quality with modern specifications and provides large articulated vehicle manoeuvering with separate car and truck access and parking. The purpose built facility consists of industrial warehousing, hardstand areas, hardstand storage, heavy machinery and truck repair areas and associated office and parking. Practical completion is anticipated to be mid 2018. Gordon Fallance of this office negoitated the deal.
